OlxBG on iPhone
Your timetable, mess menu and laundry days — with reminders, straight from the website. No App Store wait.
📱 Add OlxBG to your home screen
- Open olxbg.in in Safari (not Chrome — only Safari can do this).
- Tap the Share button (square with an arrow, bottom of the screen).
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add. OlxBG now sits with your other apps.
Do this before turning on reminders. Apple only lets a website send notifications once it's been added to the home screen — in a normal Safari tab the option doesn't exist.
What you get today
- Your personalised timetable — only the courses you take
- Mess menu and your hostel's laundry days
- Morning reminders, once you've added it to your home screen
- Add your classes to the iPhone Calendar app — the calendar subscription keeps updating on its own
Not yet on iPhone: the home-screen widget. That needs the native
